We have been staying for some days in this hotel and it has been a very good experience. The atmosphere is distinguished and this can surprise you because at Lanai there are just 3200 inhabitants.
The room in the main building has been very nice and spacious, with an attentive and friendly service, but especially at the main restaurant you can feel their profesionalism.
We had dined at the restaurant for many nights, the food is very good, well served and with a friendly and elegant atmosphere. In short, it is a hotel that worth a visit to spend a few days. If you also play golf, you have to know that the field is precious.
So if you need to relax, this can be the ideal place, the rooms are pleasant, the bedding is great, king, hyper comfortable size.
It has a refreshing pool great for swimming, impeccable service (a bit too much sometimes! they use to pass 3 times by the rooms) free shuttle to get to the village, to the airport or to the coast, the Laudry is fast and impeccable.
Cons: air conditioning in the wings of the building is pushed up and it‘s icy, cannot stop it in the rooms, so it is very cool, especially when the Sun goes down, you should take some sweaters and socks with you.
The prices of the restaurants are prohibitive, you will spend a fortune if you take all your meals. But, what a strange impression of being in a lodge on an island of Hawaii!
