This hotel deserves the 1st place in a top 10 of the city. It is a hidden treasure, even for new yokers gourmets who don’t know “what chiguaua” do with their lives.

No doubt it’s a boutique hotel. The building is located on Madison Av. esq. con 41 St. one block from the NY library, a few steps from Grand Central – 100 meters – and minutes walk from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Cathedral of St. Patrick and up to Central Park.

Each room is decorated or is abode of an exquisite collection of books, the peculiar is that each room has books by “issues”: architecture, poetry, history of the 20th century, Middle East, museums, ancient religions, etc. On the 2nd floor there is a reading room for guests, serving breakfast and snack foods like artisanal cheeses, cookies and coffee, tea, etc. On the top floor there is a bar and a terrace with a spectacular view of the city.
